All Fastrax sublimated lycra shorts and tights are made from a lightweight moisture management lycra fabric and are available in two different cuts.
All Fastrax products contain a Fastrax Logo.
The sublimated lycra shorts and tights are available in a “Hip” cut or “Waist” cut and come in adult sizes XS to 2XL. Both cuts come in several length options. The waist cut is our traditional cut as a unisex option with the newer additional hip cut for ladies wanting that different fit option.
Sublimated lycra shorts and tights can have many colours, shapes, fading and so on added without adding any additional seams to the garment. All logos and wording are dyed into the fabric at the same time so no stiff prints to rub you or fade/fall off.

SUBLIMATION
The sublimation process is a dying process rather than printing. All text, badges or logos added to your design are all dyed onto the fabric at the same time as the garment design and it makes no difference how big, how many times they appear or how many colours.
ARTWORK
If your existing logo(s) or wording is supplied in a high resolution format there would be no additional cost. Ideally please supply (in vector format) an EPS, AI or PDF file. If supplying a JPG it will need to be in a high resolution (around 300 ppi), Images scrapped from the internet are usually only 72 ppi making them poor quality for resizing.
COLOURS
We use the CMYK colour process and whilst we do have some base colour options we can produce virtually any colour using any mix of these. Ultimately there are 1000’s of variants so we should be able to come close to something else that you may prefer.
PRICES
- The minimum quantity for an initial order is only 24 shorts and/or tights
- The minimum quantity for top-ups is reduced even further to just 6 shorts and/or tights
- These can be in any mix of the 2 cuts, lengths or sizes….
- Smaller orders are possible for existing customer designs, with a surcharge

POSTAGE COSTS
We currently charge no more than £12.50 plus VAT for overnight carrier to any mainland UK address, with lower charging for smaller packages where applicable. Please contact us to discuss costs for other destinations. For clubs local to our Ilkley store, or those considering a trip out for the day, you are welcome to request pick up in person to remove any additional postal costs.
