All Fastrax sublimated Vests are now made with lightweight Softlite68 moisture management fabric and are available in both our traditional “Athletic” style and the newer additional “Racer Back” style. Both of these styles have a Male Cut, Female Cut and children’s sizes.
All Fastrax products contain a Fastrax Logo.
The vests of many clubs made using the traditional “cut ’n’ sew” method can consist of up to 10 panels. Those stitched panels create lots of seams which not only add to the weight of the vest but can result in degree of discomfort. Many of those traditional vests have prints added which can fade, break up or peel off in time with frequent use.
Our SUBLIMATION VESTS only have the side seams so are lighter and a more comfortable premium alternative using superb light wicking fabric.

The sublimated vests are available in Male and Female cuts (not unisex) 34” 36” 38” 40” 42” 44” 46” and so on in 2” increments.
They are also available in a Junior cut (no VAT on these sizes) 24″ 26” 28” 30” 32”

Please note the size guide is for the “Athletic” style, the “Racer Back” style is the same chest sizing but slightly longer in the body and the ladies are a little lower under the bottom of the armhole a comparison can be seen by clicking MALE or FEMALE. The junior racer back is the same difference as the female
PRINTING
The sublimation process is a dying process rather than printing. All text, badges or logos added to your design are all dyed into the fabric at the same time as the vest design and it makes no difference how big, how many times they appear or how many colours.
ARTWORK
If your existing logo(s) or wording is supplied in a high resolution format there would be no additional cost. Ideally please supply (in vector format) an EPS, AI or PDF file. If supplying a JPG it will need to be in a high resolution (around 300 ppi), Images scrapped from the internet are usually only 72 ppi making them poor quality for resizing.
COLOURS
We use the CMYK colour process and whilst we do have some base colour options we can produce virtually any colour using any mix of these. Ultimately there are 1000’s of variants so we should be able to come close to something else that you may prefer.
PRICES
- The minimum quantity for an initial order is only 24 vests
- The minimum quantity for top-ups is reduced even further to just 6 vests
